Information used to operate A-Z Games
When you visit A-Z, the service may process ordinary technical request information such as your IP address, browser and device user agent, referring page, requested URL, response status, and request time. This information can appear in server or security logs and is used to deliver pages, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain performance, and protect the service.
We do not need an account for browsing the game directory. Search terms and page requests may be processed to return results and maintain reliable navigation. Operational logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service administration, subject to the hosting environment and applicable requirements.
Browser storage and leaderboard submissions
The Type the Alphabet game can store a personal best in your browser so that the result remains available on the same device. This local browser data can be cleared through your browser settings. It is separate from an account and is not used to identify you by itself.
If you choose to submit a completed Type the Alphabet run to the online leaderboard, the submitted player name, mode, completion time, error count, calculated score, and submission date are stored so the leaderboard can display the result. Do not submit information that you do not want shown publicly; a nickname is sufficient.
Third-party games and services
Opening a game may load an embedded player, image, advertising element, analytics service, or other resource operated by a third party. Those providers may process technical information, use cookies or similar technologies, and apply their own privacy policies. The third-party game provider controls its own game storage, advertising, and data practices after the game loads.
